I love doing school visits and am happy to talk to both primary and secondary classes. I can actually visit, if schools are happy for me to sell books then I don't charge for the visit. Before I get there, letters are usually sent home so that if children wish to buy books, parents can send the money in. Some schools however are 'No Money' schools so there will be no pupil sales, where this is the case I charge £50 towards my travel expenses.
